Basic Exercises 1-8 offer all of the health benefits associated with the use of toning tables ie.

These exercises can be performed on a daily basis.

Advanced Exercises

Advanced exercises 9-16 are designed for toning specific areas. Although some of the exercises involve resistance it is important to remember that light resistance only is recommended.

These exercises should only be performed on alternate days.
